This room  was designed to reflect the personality of a very organized and creative young girl who had just transitioned from sharing a space with her brother to enjoying her own bedroom. Her wish was for a room that truly expressed who she is — a lover of dance, music, reading, and crafts — while staying tidy and functional.

To answer this, we created a layout that supports both her passions and her need for structure. A long drawer unit under the window serves dual purposes: keeping her belongings neatly stored while also functioning as a bench. A dedicated desk was added to provide a proper space for homework, drawing, and crafts, supporting her as she grows into new stages of learning and creativity. Anchored by a playful scallop-painted wall in soft purple, the design balances whimsy with order — a room that is both joyful and timeless.
