How our Interior Design Services Operate:

Initial Consultation: To kick-start the process, after receiving your filled-out "Questionary Form", which you can find below, we'll schedule an introductory 30-minute consultation session, either online or in person*. During this meeting, we encourage you to express all your requirements, specify the rooms you wish to renovate or redecorate, and discuss which of our services you think best suits your needs.

*Please note that for in-person meetings, a displacement fee of CHF 100.00 applies.

Project Quote Proposal: Following our initial consultation, we'll promptly provide you with a comprehensive proposal that outlines the service prices and all the project details. Upon your approval of this proposal and the payment arrangement, we'll proceed to the next phase.

Design Concept Phase 1: Once we've gathered all the necessary information during our initial consultation, we'll embark on the journey of bringing your interior design dreams to life. We understand the significance of visualizing your design concepts from the very beginning. Therefore, we'll create moodboards, options for the floor plan layout, and a concept board for each designated space, incorporating inspirational images that resonate with your unique style and preferences. We'll present you with the Initial sketches and mood boards in an online presentation, so we can have a feedback and track if our ideas are aligned.

Design Concept Phase 2: In this phase, we’ll begin crafting refined designs with detailed 3D renders from the chosen floor play layout, elevations, bespoke furniture (if necessary), and more, all detailed in the Design Concept File. At this phase, we'll have an in-person meeting for the presentations of your Project’s Design Concept, sample analysis, and discussion of timeline and project execution.

This meticulous process in those phases ensures that every element of your interior design project aligns seamlessly with your individuality and vision for your space, also you'll have a clear understanding of how we intend to transform your space into a reflection of your dreams.

Please note that depending on the size of the project, the "Concept Development" phase typically takes up to four weeks* to complete.

*Please keep in mind that the timeline for the Design Concept phases may vary depending on the complexity of your project, the number of rooms, and the changes requested.

Project Planning: Analysis of the approved Design Concept Development for project planning, including preparation of a schedule “Timeline” indicating the services and activities to be performed (such as furniture and items to be purchased and third parties to be hired), the deadline for each service or activity, and the total project duration;

Budget Management: As part of our services, we prioritize careful budget management to ensure your project aligns with your financial expectations.

Study and Budget Plan - We start by thoroughly studying your project and fitting it to the budget provided by you. During the Design Concept phase, we present a detailed budget plan that itemizes all estimated costs, categorized by supplier and service provider. This breakdown enhances your understanding of the project's financial framework.

Project Implementation: Procurement, third-party services hire, construction oversight, and installation processes. This step can be executed by us if hiring the“Project Management Services”, otherwise you will execute this phase of the project.

Handover: A final styling and walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction, followed by project handover.

Below, you will find a breakdown of our On-Site Interior Design services, along with detailed descriptions for each one, so you can understand how each of our services operates.

Interior Design Project

We design, plan, and create the solution for your space and you manage the renovation at your pace.

This service is designed to offer you flexibility and control in managing the renovation of your space. We create tailored solutions and will provide you with the project detailing with floor plans, preliminary drafts, bespoke furniture design plans, digital and interactive furniture selection, and shopping lists. You'll have the freedom to oversee the renovation at your own pace by deciding if you're going to hire a builder company to manage your project or if you are going manage it yourself.

Here's how it works:

Sourcing Materials and Furnishings: I will source and refer contractors and third-party service providers, furniture, and item options for every room outlined in your design plan, and you'll decide and manage which ones to hire and buy.

Providing Comprehensive Documentation: You will receive the "Design Concept" in a digital file containing the project documentation, links, and contacts for the contractors and suppliers. You'll have the freedom to hire the necessary workers, take measurements, make purchases, assemble furniture, and install each item according to the design plan. This process unfolds at your own pace and in alignment with your budget and requirements.

Final Touches and Portfolio: Upon completing the renovation of each room, we'll schedule a Project Handover/Final Visit*. During this visit, I'll oversee the final arrangements, decor enhancements, organizing touch-ups, and capturing professional portfolio photographs. This meeting is also an opportunity for you to seek assistance with any questions or challenges you may have encountered during the renovation process.

Post-Project Support: If necessary, we can arrange subsequent visits to address any outstanding issues and/or questions*. Please note that these additional visits may incur charges based on hours worked and commuting expenses.

With this approach, we empower you to manage your renovation project in a way that aligns with your preferences, timeline, and budget, while still benefiting from our expert guidance and support.
